  • 1.What's the material of your bags ?

    Our bags are made from cornstarch, PLA & PBAT, which is not only biodegradable but also compostable, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic bags that may contain polyethylene or other non-degradable plastics.

  • 2.How long will your bags degrade ?

    Decompose within 6 months in a controlled compost environment. According to test standard EN13432 or ASTM D6400, products that are compostable-certified are those that compost within 180days only in industrial composting facilities ( at temperatures between 55 to 60°C). So usually when we refer to degrade time or compost time means under industrial composting condition, the bags will decompost within 6 months. A number of factors affecting degradation rate, mainly microorganisems, light, water, oxygen, temperature. The chemical reactions proceed more quickly at higher temperatures. Over the course, microorganisms digest the object bit by bit and produce carbon dioxide, water -- as an indicator of degradation.

  • 3.What is the shelf life of your bags if kept in original packaging, ie carboard box ?

    12 month in cardboard box if keep these bags in normal, dry place and keep in seal far away from fire, sunlight and dampness.

  • 4.What certificate do you have ?

    For our bags, certificates are available in: BPI, Compostable, OK Compost, HOME Compost,FDA,ROHS, SGS, OK Biobased. Our factory is ISO9001, ISO14001 and Ten by China Central logo certification.
